Energy Leadership Assessment
Energy: It's Who You Are
Rated #3 by Forbes on the List of Top Assessments for Executives
You are energy. Like a light bulb, we all are of the same source energy. And though some people can be perceived as "good" or "bad", it is our own personal perceptions, beliefs and life experiences that define our realities.
How YOU CHOOSE to live your life is determined by how much energy YOU DECIDE to give to any given circumstance in your life.
At any given moment, you have 100% energy available to you. How might your life look if you gave 40% of your energy to thoughts of fear, anger, hopelessness, and worry? How might your life change if you chose to give 40% of your energy to thoughts of opportunity, forgiveness, acceptance, and excitement?

By altering your perceptions of yourself, your work, and those around you, you can create a more powerful, fulfilling, and rewarding life.
Get ready for a life-changing experience, because you CAN start living the life you desire, by first understanding where you are placing most of your energy.
What Does it measure?
Your Energy Leadership Index Report (ELI) measures your unique combination of the 7 Levels of Energy. These energetic levels are a representation of your CURRENT perceptions, beliefs, and ultimately provides the reasons why you think, act, and do the things you do.
It also measures how your energy levels change when you experience stress.
Why does it matter?
If you, like most people, are not happy with your current life situation, you can fall victim to these energy levels. They exist whether you are aware of them or not.
The power to control your ACTIONS and REACTIONS comes through understanding what drives your perceptions, feelings, and actions so that you can recognize and change habits and patterns that do not serve you well.
Your Average Resonating Level of Energy (ARL), or overall energy level, is a strong indicator of success in various aspects of life. Studies prove that those with higher ARL's typically have higher levels of satisfaction in the areas of finances, relationships, personal development, achievement, and more.
